Cascada Boutique Hotel, Lucerne

The hotel is located in a perfect spot, close to the train station and city center but not ideal for a peaceful rest. The rooms are quite small, especially for three people, with a twin room facing the street, yet offering a good selection of English language channels. The service is generally nice and helpful, although there were instances of unprofessional behavior among staff, such as arguing in front of guests. The location is excellent for reaching various attractions but may not be the best for relaxation. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a great variety of dishes that were beautifully displayed and very tempting. The hotel facilities include room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, welcome drink, pet amenities, and tours/ticket assistance.

I found this hotel to be a perfect fit for a solo traveler like myself. The rooms, while a bit small for a couple, were clean and the amenities like conditioner were a nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location was great, very close to the train station, and the breakfast was amazing. However, the rooms were smaller than expected from the website photos.
